Welcome to the annocollection.com webshop. By assessing this website, you agree to the terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders on annocollection.com. This agreement may be updated from time to time.
ORDER & DELIVERY
Only online shopping is possible. We won't accept orders by phone or e-mail. We handle deliveries according to the order, in the sequence they are received. You will receive order confirmation via email after you have placed your order. You will receive shipping confirmation via email as soon as the order has been sent by us.
At the moment, we only deliver products inside the European Union, but step by step we are exploring options to deliver all over the world. Orders are shipped via DHL to addresses outside Finland.
Our goal is to deliver the ordered products in 2-5 weekdays after the order has been placed. If the time of delivery will be significantly delayed, our customer service will try to contact the customer as soon as possible. Please notice that when ordering to other countries than Finland, the customer is liable to pay all possible tax or custom fees.

The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout based on the weight and volume of your order.
You can either choose DHL Economy or DHL Express for the delivery. With DHL Economy the delivery time is from 3 to 7 business days and DHL Express guarantees delivery on the next possible business day.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
All orders are paid during check out. Prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive 24 % VAT. We accept all the major credit cards and Finnish online banking. Payment through online banking and the related money transfers and financial services are provided by Klarna, which receives the payment and distributes it to the merchant. Klarna is an authorized Payment Institution and you can read more about Klarna here.
Your refund will be issued to the same account/credit card the payment was made with, as soon as we receive your return.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We hope you will enjoy items you order from us, but sometimes your order may not be what you expected. Anno accepts returns within 100 days after delivery. The original shipping costs will not be refunded. To return your item(s) from outside of Finland, please contact the customer service of Anno Collection Ltd by e-mail webshop(at)annocollection.com. For returns from outside Finland, the customer has to take care of shipping charges him/herself.

Items should be returned new and unused. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense.
Please notice it is very important to preserve a proof-of-postage (receipt) when returning goods to us. The moment we receive your parcel, we’ll arrange your refund (excluding original shipping cost) and send you a notification email from Klarna's merchant portal.
If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different style, size or color please do so by placing a new order on our webshop.
Anno Collection Ltd cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on the webshop reflect in detail the items’ colors in reality. The colors may look different depending on your screen and computer settings.
