ORDER & DELIVERY
Only online shopping is possible. We won't accept orders by phone or e-mail. We handle deliveries according to the order, in the sequence they are received. You will receive order confirmation via email after you have placed your order. You will receive shipping confirmation via email as soon as the order has been accepted and sent by us.
At the moment, we only deliver products inside European Union (not Åland). Orders are shipped via Finnish Post Office or with DHL economy select. Step by step we are exploring options to deliver all over the world.
Our goal is to deliver the ordered products in 2-5 weekdays of the order being placed. If the time of delivery is significantly delayed, our customer service will try to contact the customer as soon as possible.

Shipping to Finland is 4,90€ pickup from the nearest post office.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
All orders are paid during check out. Prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive 24% VAT.
Anno Collection accepts all the major credit cards and Finnish online banking. Payment through online banking and the related money transfers and financial services are provided by Klarna in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Klarna receives the payment and disburses it to the merchant. Klarna is an authorized Payment Institution.
Your refund will be issued to the same account/credit card the payment was made with, as soon as we receive your return.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We hope you will enjoy items you order from us, but sometimes your order may not be what you expected. Or maybe you’ve simply changed your mind?
Anno gladly accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items should be returned new and unused. As soon as we have received and accepted the return, we will give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense.
To return your item(s) from inside of Finland for free, please follow the steps below
1. Pack all the items you wish to return – ideally in the original parcel provided.
2. Please fill out the return form and include it in the parcel. Including the form helps us to process your refund faster.
3. Write following text on the parcel “Return Anno Collection webshop - Anno Collection Ltd, Juurakkotie 4, FIN-01510 Vantaa, Finland”.
4. Take the parcel to your nearest Posti -post office or SmartPost. Contract number 648404.
To return your item(s) from outside of Finland, please contact the customer service of Anno Collection Ltd by e-mail webshop(at)annocollection.com. For returns from outside Finland, the customer has to take care of shipping charges him/herself.
We recommend obtaining a proof-of-postage (receipt) when returning goods to us. The moment we receive your parcel, we’ll arrange your refund (excluding original shipping cost) and send you a notification email. If you have any questions regarding your return, simply contact us.
If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different style, size or color please do so by placing a new order on our webshop.
